  • PowerBIGraphs provides a Figma UI Kit designed for Power BI dashboards.
  • By purchasing or using our digital products, you agree to these terms.

2. License & Usage
  • When you purchase our UI Kit, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Figma file for personal or commercial projects.
  • You cannot resell, redistribute, or share the product with third parties.
  • You cannot claim the design as your own or sublicense it to others.
3. Payment & Refunds
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided once the file has been downloaded.

4. Intellectual Property
  • The UI Kit and all associated assets are the intellectual property of PowerBIGraphs.
  • Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitations of Liability
  • We are not responsible for any issues arising from the use of our product, including compatibility or third-party software limitations.
  • PowerBIGraphs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages related to your use of our product.
6. Support & Updates
  • We offer lifetime updates for the UI Kit, but we do not guarantee compatibility with future versions of Figma or Power BI.
  • Basic support is available via email (powerbigraphs@gmail.com), but we do not provide customization or implementation assistance.
7. Termination
  • We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to our product if we detect misuse or violation of these terms.
8. Governing Law
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes must be resolved legally under the jurisdiction governing PowerBIGraphs.
